Originally from Texas, Philip was drawn to Santa Fe by its natural beauty, distinctive architecture, and unique lifestyle. He appreciates the city's combination of big-city culture and small-town character, qualities that continue to make Santa Fe such a special place to call home.

Ric Varona brings more than 26 years of banking and customer-service experience to his work in Santa Fe real estate. His professional background has given him a strong foundation in communication, organization, and helping clients navigate important financial decisions.

Ric began his banking career in Florida before moving to Texas and eventually settling in Santa Fe. During his years in the banking industry, he held positions including Operations Specialist, Services Manager, and Personal Banker, developing the attentive, client-focused approach that continues to define his work.

In 2019, Ric joined the Philip Ross Team at Living Santa Fe as a Buyer's Broker and Operations Manager. With his friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service, Ric enjoys helping clients find the right home and making their real estate experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of real estate, Ric enjoys skiing, hiking, international travel, and spending time with his Rat Terrier, Giada.
